Balancing your professional like with your personal life is just what the doctored ordered. It is difficult and you will to put in a lot of effort. Striking a balance in your work can be an art in itself. Your work may take ten to eight hours of your daily life or may be even more in some instances. - Change you work: A drastic step is required for drastic circumstances, if your work is causing a large strain on your marital and other relationships than find new work, which understands that you need to be with your family too.
